Our Back Story

Faithworks Enterprise was founded in 2006 and became a LLC in 2015, to address the issues of economically and socially disadvantaged communities and their residence, within urban & rural territories. Focusing on unemployment issues, educational gaps, job training and economic development, our more than 30 years of leadership, expertise, hands on experience allows us to assist disadvantaged families, providing direct access to resources not normally offered to them.

With proper Mentorship to help prepare each individual for

the work environment of these career choices, we hope to encourage high school completion,

college attendance, and career and educational pathways in these high-end industry trades and

entrepreneurships.

Climate Beneficial Fiber Partnership :

The project will take place over a 5-year period and include the Justice 40 Initiative, focusing on the inclusion of the BIPOC farming community. The primary project objectives are to:

Implement Climate Beneficial ™ Agriculture Practices That Reduce Green House Gas Emissions (GHGE)
Provide Technical Assistance (TA) to Farmer Participants for Implementation of the Practices
Provide Stipend & Offset Support to Farmer Participants for Implementing the Practices
Provide a Peer-to-Peer Support Framework for all Farmer Participants
Make our TA Training Available in an Online & In-person Format
Develop a Comprehensive Carbon Farm Plan for All Farmer Participants
Track the Reduction of GHGE Throughout the Program & Full Cycle of Production
Develop Market Access for the Cotton & Wool Producing Participants

We are also in Partnership with Seed2Shirt and the Farmer Enrichment Program out of Africa. Our cultivated efforts, in Africa, are dedicated and centered on the empowerment of marginalized people leading to the rebuilding of community and countering systems of inequity. Our driving purpose empowers black, indigenous people of color (BIPOC) farmers—particularly cotton farmers in the U.S. and Africa to earn livable wages, gain training, grow resources, and positively impact the global apparel production supply chain.
