Our Back Story

Faithworks Enterprise, LLC was formed in 2015 to address the issues of impoverished highly distressed communities and socially disadvantaged territories within the US. Focusing on

unemployment issues, educational gaps, job training and economic development. Originally located in California, our Founder and President (Kamea Peoples) was driven to move the company's prime location to Cook county Illinois, capturing the selective audience she seeks

to assist.

college attendance, and career and educational pathways in these high-end industry trades and

2501 Program Service Providers: We are also proud supporters and contracted providers of The USDA Outreach and Assistance for Socially Disadvantaged and Veteran Farmers and Ranchers Program (2501 Program). Contracted by Peoples Foundation CCMVS as the Farmer Program Outreach & Loan Programs Specialist our focus is to support veteran and socially disadvantaged farmers understand and become more involved in USDA products and services available in their geographical areas and nationwide. 2501 Program History

The 2501 Program was created through the 1990 Farm Bill to help socially disadvantaged farmers, ranchers, and foresters, who have historically experienced limited access to USDA loans, grants, training, and technical assistance. The 2014 Farm Bill expanded the program’s reach to veterans.

Our purpose is to create a network and partnership group that will assist in providing information and solutions to the issues of Disadvantaged Farmers and Veterans. Our Partners consist of farmers, value added entrepreneurs, Consultants, processors, counselors, Doctor’s, Nutritionist, Market owners, Manufacturer, Chef’s, farm/gardener organizations, USDA organizations and grantees.

Our geographic area range from Coast to Coast with partnerships in states of California, Washington, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Georgia, Alabama, Pennsylvania, New York and the Carolinas.

We use Social Media and are creating a website to connect the farmers with their communities and businesses with available produce, Locations and Market places.
